We envision a San Francisco where everyone who has lost the ability to care for themselves is given the support they need to gain control of their own lives. There will be no homeless on the street, those with illness and addiction will be cared for, and everyone will be supported along a path toward permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
Janet Goy began her career at CATS in 1999 as the organization’s Deputy Director, bringing many year of experience in nonprofit management. Janet was later promoted to Executive Director for her exemplary leadership.
Previously Janet served as an administrator with the American Red Cross and Planned Parenthood in the South Bay. While at the American Red Cross she managed the disaster operation during the Loma Prieta Earthquake and implemented and dealt with merger issues of Single Parent Services.
